Shipping policy

All items are shipped within 3-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Customers will be notified if it may take longer to ship their items. 

Items shipped within the US may take up to a week for customers to receive once they have been handed over to USPS. Items shipped internationally may take up to 30 days for customers to receive their package. 

Once items are shipped, they are no longer within our hands and we have no control over USPS. Please be sure to check your tracking number daily to stay updated with the status of your package. 

All orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

This Shipping Policy is the most current policy and trumps any processing times listed elsewhere on the site. Thank you for your cooperation. 

If your item has been received by USPS (you can track your status via the tracking number emailed to you) and they do not deliver your item, FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. DO NOT FILE A FALSE CHARGEBACK. If you file a false chargeback, you will be flagged and blocked from placing orders on the site.
